1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Acro Visuals, L.L.C. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Acro Visuals provides creative technology services including but not limited to graphic design, web development, application development, and digital experiences. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• All intellectual property rights in work created by us remain ours until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive the rights as specified in their project agreement
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in work stoppage, additional fees, or termination of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acro Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
