Welcome to the Acro Visuals devlog. This is where I'll write about what I'm actually working on — the renders, the tools, and especially the Acro Space Simulator.
Why a devlog?
Most of the interesting work happens between the finished pieces: the half-broken prototype, the shader that finally clicked at 2am, the physics bug that turned out to be a units mistake. Those stories usually never get told. I want to tell them here.
What to expect
- Progress notes on the space simulator — orbital mechanics, colony systems, the multiplayer netcode.
- Breakdowns of renders and motion pieces, with the messy intermediate steps left in.
- Tools I build and release, like the Dart Viewer.
